Fitness and Nutrition Resources

I am very much an autodidact and I’ve learned a lot of what I know on the Internet. I also believe that knowledge should be shared when possible, which is why I will try to keep the Fitness and Nutrition Resources section of my website as up to date as possible. The only caveat is that information on the Internet isn’t always right but if you vet it well enough, it becomes an easier task to differentiate between the good and the bad. Enjoy!
